Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-18
Read these terms, the Privacy Policy and your plan details before registration or purchase. By accepting them and contracting for the service you agree to the obligations below, while retaining all rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Provider and scope
kexel provides cloud software for businesses to manage customer communications. The subscriber is the business, its account owner and authorised users; the end customer is the person communicating with that business. The service is intended for professional and business use, without excluding protections that actually apply to a contracting party.
These terms apply with the Privacy Policy and the plan or offer you accept. Custom work, special integrations and setup fees require a written agreement on scope, price and timing, and are not presumed to be included in a standard subscription.
2. Contact details
Provider: kexel. Contact: support@kexel.website, +20 102 401 6553.
3. Service and integrations
Subject to your plan and enabled features, the platform offers a shared inbox, AI replies, business knowledge, customer and order management, messaging connections such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and TikTok, and commerce and shipping integrations.
Digital services are activated after successful payment confirmation. Some features also require an eligible connected account, permissions and business information. We do not guarantee external platforms will approve accounts or maintain every permission or feature.
Connected accounts remain their owners’ property and connection permissions can be revoked. Messaging and automation are subject to external platform rules and limits. Some operations may require separate approvals or fees disclosed before you contract for them.
4. Eligibility and account security
The account holder must be at least 18, have the necessary legal capacity, and be authorised to contract for the business. Provide accurate, current information and limit your users’ permissions to their work.
Protect login credentials and integration keys and do not share them without authority. You are responsible for your authorised users’ instructions and must promptly report unauthorised access. This does not exclude our responsibility for failures attributable to us.
5. Pricing, payment and subscription term
Prices are in Egyptian Pounds. The purchase offer must disclose the total payable and applicable taxes or fees before payment confirmation. No additional fee is imposed without your agreement.
Standard plans are prepaid for 30 days. The plan and your account show entitlement dates and reply and channel allowances. Add-ons have the duration and limits disclosed at purchase and may expire with the current period.
Payments are processed through XPay using its available methods. We do not store your full card number or security code. We retain transaction details needed to confirm payment, activate service, issue receipts and resolve payment errors.
There is no automatic renewal or charge. When a period or allowance ends, the affected features pause under your plan until renewal or upgrade. Keeping an account does not create a commitment to buy another term.
Price changes apply to subsequent purchases after disclosure and do not alter the price of a term already paid for.
6. Free trial
Eligible new accounts receive a three-day Starter trial within the limits shown in the account, without a payment card. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription or create a payment obligation unless you choose to purchase.
Use the trial to assess suitability, connect channels and test replies before paying. Availability of a trial does not remove any mandatory right relating to a later purchase.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Subscriptions and add-ons are prepaid digital services. Once payment is confirmed and the agreed service is activated, we offer no discretionary money-back guarantee and do not refund the paid term or unused portion merely for a change of mind, non-use, pausing the agent or unmet commercial expectations, subject to the exceptions below and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Activation alone does not mean that a continuing subscription service has been fully consumed. Your request for immediate commencement does not waive any mandatory withdrawal or refund right. Mandatory Egyptian law applies wherever it governs the transaction.
8. Exceptions and service problems
We refund an overpayment or duplicate payment where we collected an amount in error or above the amount due. If we fail to deliver a paid service for reasons attributable to us, we refund the amount attributable to the undelivered service; the refund is full if no service was delivered at all.
If the service is defective or materially differs from what was agreed, contact us so we can investigate and remedy it. The no-refund rule does not remove any statutory right to repeat performance, termination, repayment or compensation. A refund required by law will not be replaced with service credit without your agreement and legal permission.
A lack of sales or a third-party platform refusing your account does not by itself create a discretionary money-back guarantee, and does not release us from our own obligations or responsibility for an inaccurate service description.
9. Expiry and account deletion
Subscriptions do not renew automatically, and failing to cancel does not create a commitment to a new term. If you do not pay to renew, the paid period ends on the date shown in your account and features requiring an active subscription pause.
You may pause the agent, disconnect channels or delete your account at any time. Those actions alone do not create a discretionary right to a refund of the current term. Deleting the account prevents use of its remaining term, so save the data you need beforehand.
Add-ons have the duration and limits disclosed before purchase. Unused allowances do not roll over or convert to cash unless your offer says otherwise or the law requires it.
10. Refund requests and disputes
Send your request to the contact email below with your account email, transaction reference, payment date and reason. Do not send a full card number, security code or password. We aim to reply within two business days without delaying any shorter mandatory deadline.
Amounts due are returned to the original payment method unless another method is lawfully agreed, within the time required by law. Bank or payment-provider posting times may vary; this does not alter our obligation to initiate repayment on time.
Contact us to resolve billing errors. You retain the right to approach your bank, payment provider or competent authorities. We do not penalise you merely for a complaint or exercising a legal right.
This policy applies to new purchases after it has been presented and accepted. It does not retrospectively remove refund rights in the offer or policy under which you contracted.
11. Business obligations and acceptable use
You are responsible for the legality of your business, the information, prices and policies you supply, and your authority to use content and connected accounts. Obtain customer messaging consent required by law and channel policies, honour opt-outs, and do not use stolen or purchased lists without a lawful basis.
Fraud, impersonation, spam, malware, prohibited transactions, accessing others’ data, disrupting service and bypassing security limits are prohibited. Do not use the platform for sensitive or children’s data without verifying legal requirements and having the necessary arrangements.
You remain responsible to your customers for your products, services, orders and payments. kexel does not sell those products and is not a party to the business’s sale contract with an end customer.
12. AI and supervision
Automated replies and outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review your knowledge base and settings and supervise conversations and operations, especially pricing, inventory, orders and exceptions. You can pause automation or intervene using available tools.
We do not guarantee sales, conversion rates or customer satisfaction, and outputs are not specialist medical, legal or financial advice. This does not reduce our duty to provide the agreed service with reasonable professional care or remedy defects for which we are responsible.
13. Data, confidentiality and intellectual property
You retain rights in content and data you own or are authorised to manage, subject to data subjects’ rights. You grant us limited authority to process it to provide the service under your lawful instructions and the Privacy Policy, not to sell it or exploit it for advertising.
We protect the confidentiality of business data and conversations and disclose them only to authorised people and necessary providers or under a legal obligation. You must also protect confidential information you obtain through the service.
Rights in kexel software, designs and marks remain with us or our licensors. A subscription gives a limited right to use the service during your entitlement, not ownership of the software or a right to resell it without written agreement.
14. Outages, suspension and termination
Maintenance, connectivity and external services may affect availability. We exercise reasonable care to maintain service and resolve failures, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party failures do not remove our statutory obligations.
We may restrict access as necessary to prevent unlawful conduct, security risks or abuse, or comply with a binding order, with notice, reasons and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. An urgent risk may require immediate action.
If we end the service for reasons attributable to us without your breach, we refund prepaid amounts for service we will not deliver. Suspension or termination never removes mandatory refund or compensation rights. Data deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
15. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect business losses that are not a direct and foreseeable consequence of our breach. Our aggregate contractual liability for losses that may lawfully be capped is limited to fees paid to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
No exclusion or cap applies to fraud, gross fault or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and none limits repayment required by law or mandatory consumer and personal-data rights. Mandatory law prevails over a conflicting clause; the rest of the agreement continues as far as possible.
16. Changes, governing law and contact
Each version states its date. Material changes for future purchases are presented before purchase and do not retrospectively reduce agreed rights or a paid term. Where fresh consent is legally required, we obtain it before applying the change.
Egyptian law governs. Disputes fall to the Egyptian courts competent under applicable jurisdiction rules. We welcome an amicable resolution without restricting complaints, court access or recourse to competent authorities. In a translation discrepancy, Arabic prevails to the extent permitted by law.
